JSC Bank CenterCredit hereby announces the adoption of the following decision by the Board of Directors on 22.10.2024:
- To approve an increase in the liabilities of Bank CenterCredit JSC in the amount of KZT100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion) Kazakh tenge by issuing non-government bonds subject to private placement of Bank CenterCredit JSC.
- To approve the conditions for the issue of non-government bonds subject to private placement by Bank CenterCredit JSC.
- To approve the placement of non-government bonds subject to private placement among a limited number of investors.
- To allow the Management Board to determine the yield at the primary auction when placing non-government bonds.
