Cancellation of Bond Issues and Programs by JSC Bank CenterCredit (Board Decision of 14.05.2025)
JSC Bank CenterCredit hereby announces the adoption of the following decision by the Board of Directors on 14.05.2025:
1. To cancel the seventh issue of unsecured coupon bonds within the second bond program of JSC Bank CenterCredit in the amount of 100,000,000 (One hundred million) pieces (Certificate of state registration of the issue of securities dated 02.06.2015 D21-7). (Appendix).
2. To cancel the bond program of JSC Bank CenterCredit with an issue volume of 50,000,000,000 (Fifty billion) tenge (Certificate of state registration of the issue of securities dated 06.07.2005 No. B65).
3. To cancel the second bond program of JSC Bank CenterCredit with an issue volume of 100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion) tenge (Certificate of state registration of the issue of securities dated September 18, 2008, No. D21).
